Set up a test environment to test against problems with virtual store under Windows 7

There seems to be a common issue with application updates. The cause seems to be poor hacks for “improved” (or more accurately “improvised") security on Microsoft’s part. Since the test user is an administrator, that sort of thing does not happen on the test setup so far.
