Description (last modified by phdmakk)

There seems to be a common issue with application updates. The cause seems to be poor hacks for “improved” (or more accurately “improvised") security on Microsoft’s part to prevent users and programs from writing in Program Files. Theoretically, it shouldn’t happen as t3q/t3d are not designed or required to write anything there, but under some circumstances that may somehow still happen nonetheless..

Since the test user is an administrator, that sort of thing does not happen on the test setup so far.
