Description
The new version of the standard has been published. Implement the necessary changes in order to support version 4.3.1 (upstream).

Due to some issues and inconsistencies with v4.3.1, support for v4.3.3 (working draft) was included as well to address some of the issues with v4.3.1. Some issues do remain in the current draft for v4.3.3 - these are left open until resolved.
